Shortly after I found the wealth of Gospel organ music on Youtube and I got really hooked. Click here to listen to Derric Jackson who fired up my inspiration Since hammond organs are a bit heavy to haul around I have found that the Nord C2/C2d sounds is just as good as a B3, at a fraction of the cost and weight of the real thing. I have built a drawbar unit for my Nord C2 and now I have both the sound and feel of a Hammond. The guys at Nord are doing a fantastic job. These guys can breathe life into binaraies. I have finally bought myself a B series organ. It is an XB3 which I intend to upgrade with the VB3 computer emulation or the new  organ H.O.A.X fpga emulation. In the meantime I will use the onboard system which is ok for its time and age. Why not the real thing? Cost and weight. I want the physical appearance and feel of the the B3. Sitting behind a B is like driving the caperpillar of music. It does things to you.
